cleaning ipe deck efc-38 or hd-80?

I have an IPE deck that I would like to clean and restain.
I last applied Cabots ATO about two years ago. The deck gets very uneven exposure, some areas get full sun, other areas get no direct sun at all. I'm considering using the
EFC-38 or HD-80 strippers and citralic brightener.
Thing is I cant figure out which one to order
EFC-38 or HD-80. The full exposure areas are totally
grey, the no exposure areas (in the corner) still have some color and bead water.
After cleaning I plan to restain, leaning towards TWP100
in pecan or oak.
