| My apologies if there are existing posts out there that already address this, I am having a heck of a time using the search feature here and most results I get are a few years old. My ipe supplier is recommending messmers uv plus in rosewood finish. Has anyone used this product? I have found some mention of mold issues with messmers; is this a real problem? I certainly don't want black spots popping up on my porch in a few months. I know TWP 116 is highly recommended -- is it better than the messmers and is it available in NYS? |

| I cannot speak on the TWP yet as I used it a month ago but will tell you I had lousy experience with Messeners I could not get the 100 series TWP in California. A couple more months will tell. |
