Rubber mat on PT wood deck?

Can anyone please tell me what will happen to a sealed PT wood deck with a rubber-backed doormat on it?

I imagine the rest of the deck will fade moreso than under the mat, but will mold or mildew form under the mat from rain, etc. Or will the rubber get soft and stick to the wood, or leave black marks, etc.?

--Or is there anything else I need to watch for / prevent?
