Covering a bad concrete surface fast and cheap

We had to tear out a DOA spa tub and surrounding decking and it's left a mess on the concrete slab beneath. There are some holes, nails in it and dings but mostly discoloration. I can pressure wash some off but it won't be great.

Any ideas on how to get it to look clean and nice - that are possibly easy DIY/inexpensive? Some kind of skim coat of something? The whole area is only 140 square feet, but we really don't want to put in pavers or have it sandblasted etc.
