I bought a house with a Sunsetter 1000 Awning installed in 2002. The rafter lock knob is missing and I called them to replace it. However, they stopped making parts for this model in 2009. My guess is forced obsolescence.

I've tried to find a source for discontinued parts online, but am coming up short. Does anyone know where I can find parts?
