We bought a 10 yr. old house with deck, and so I imagine the deck is that old also (probably pressure treated). It had a solid color deck stain on it already, different colors on the rails and deck, VERY worn.

Last year we did the whole bit of washing with special stuff, power washing it, etc. Then put down similiar colors using Cabot solid color acrylic deck stain.

This year there are some places in the traffic area and a few others where it is peeling. The rails are great! We used two coats.

What can we do about the peeling floor?
