Is TWP 500-515 a film forming stain or a transparent. I had a Latex film forming before and am very leary of film forming. I just spent three weeks taking the film off the balisters and am now starting on the actual deck. Thanks John. Red 62 |

| TWP is a resin base product. The 500 series has a lower voc and takes longer to set up than the 100 series. TWP is a build coat finish with the ability to stick to the surface and itself after set up. Gemini/twp also makes a waterborne wood protectant,Storm Shield, that shares the same quality. I have used and tested both with good results to include never having to strip it off. |
