Sagging Deck Joists

I have a 16' deck that I built 8 years ago using 2"x10" joists 16" oc. The joists have sagged between 1/2" and 1".

I am thinking of two solutions.

1) install a beam (triple 2"x"6) under the middle of the deck to correct and support the sagging joists.

or

2) Add a 2"x"6 sister joist (that's the term right?) on each 2"x10" joist after correcting the sag.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
