Ipe v. Mangaris v. Massaranduba for fencing

I need to install a fence at my home in Long Beach, CA and am trying to decide between Ipe, Mangaris and Massaranduba. Ipe would be my first choice, but it is the most expensive. Massaranduba and Mangaris seem to be the same price. Does anyone know if Mangaris and Massaranduba (if maintained properly) will retain the same color over the years as Ipe? I want my fence to maintain the beautiful red/brown color, and not turn silver/grey. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know any and all woods will bleach-out to a silver gray if left unfinished. To maintain the "beautiful red/brown" you will need to put a clear sealant on it and probably reapply to every year and even then it will still bleach out to some extent.

I have been looking at Curupay wood decking. What I liked about it was the color. It is light with darker bands/stripes. But when left in the sun it darkens to a maroon with very dark bands color. It is reported to be very hard like Ironwood. I think it might be a lower cost than Ipe.
