We've been getting bids on putting up a railing and deck when redoing our flat roof walk-out deck. One bid that we're very interested in is with a guy at our local lumber yard, who would do the labor and we would purchase the materials directly from the lumber yard. Problem is, they don't carry Azek and we were set on having the Azek Trademark. Instead, they only offer the Trex Transcend Railing.

I know that the Trex decking has had horrible issues, but do their railings get horrible reviews as well? Before trying to purchase the railing from a different lumber yard (and as such possibly order the wrong things), can anyone give me a run down on their experience with the Transcend Railing. I think it's a newer line, so maybe it's too soon to get an honest opinion on the product's long-term durability / wear?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
