Remove and replace or slabjack sunken concrete patio?

The POs put in a very nice textured concrete patio which has sunk some. It tips towards the house a bit and from one end to the other it has sunk from 1-5". Its in good shape, one or two minor hairline cracks from the house to the yard. Patio is sort of a kidney shape, see picture.

So my question: Is it better to slabjack the thing back up or is it better to have it removed and replaced? I'm afraid of those hairline cracks opening up or shifting around.

I did talk to a couple lifting companies last year and both quoted about $1,000 to have it slabjacked. I'm guessing it would cost more to remove and replace.

Thanks!
