Hi all,

I'm considering doing this job myself, but am a little apprehensive! We have no other decking and I'm not sure of the right approach here.

We installed this playhouse this winter and are now looking to stain it...I know...we should have done it earlier, but what's done is done! My main goal is to protect the wood from rot in this crazy climate (North Texas.) It's cedar and pressure-treated pine, and it's been up for a couple of months, which I think means I'll need to clean it all before staining.

I'm looking for advice on product and on tools. Am I crazy for taking this on?
