 o
right product to seal brick terrace

I have a brick terrace that gets green moss and black mold on it. I am able to easily clean it off with a pressure sprayer, but would like to seal it to minimize the periodic spraying. A friend suggested sealing it with 1-2-3 sealer and a paint roller on a long handle. However, another friend told me that some sealers make the surface slippery.

Can anyone recommend the correct product that will NOT be slippery or shiny?? I think it needs to be some type of penetrating sealer and not something that 'sits on top'?

Thanks for any suggestions!
