I'm interested in using Lexan GE Thermoclear Plus plastic sheeting as a water tight roof structure over part of a deck. Has anyone had experience with this material? Any good systems for attaching the panels to a wood structure? All I can find are commercial applications. I'm interested in a smaller scale, 14x24, DIY project. Thanks in advance for your considered reply.

www.palram.com This outfit has greatly improved the chanell system for install of the larger,4', roofing pannels over the old style I have used.

Or you can go with the suntuff 2' pannels the box stores sell.

They are both fastened with grometed screws. My site has a project roofed with 4' x 18' lexann pannels using the old channel system, what a Pain!! John Hyatt www.deckmastersllc.com
