Cedar Deck Maintenance

We are in desperate need of re-staining our cedar deck this year. It was due last year but here in the NE it was very wet until the end of June and then it was too hot.

I have two questions 1) best product to remove mold/mildew and 2)I thought I saw a cedar oil that you can buy online that would refresh your cedar deck, but I can't find it now. Does anyone have any ideas of what it is? Thank you.
