| Any suggestions on cleaning a TimberTech XLM PVC deck? Mostly just dirt and maybe some staining from leaving an extension cord coiled up on the deck. The manufacturer just says "soap and water". |

| Ended up using Mold Armor E-Z Outdoor Cleaner full strength. Applied with a stiff brush and washed off with the hose. Worked great - but I suspect "soap and water" would have worked OK too! |
