| We are contracting to have a composite deck (Azek/TT?) and an adjacent paver patio/fire pit constructed in a few weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions on what are the best milestones for payment? Obviously, something up front will be necessary, but what about the intermediary steps? Nothing's been proposed yet. That will come this week. Thanks. |
