which fence is best?

So I am doing several projects around my house, one being purchasing a new fence. Being as my house backs up to a semi busy road, I am looking for the fence to provide privacy as well as sound reduction. I got a quote for a board on board wood fence that was reasonable. Then I seen an ecostone fencing option. Which would be best for my situation? Fyi, I can only have a 6ft fence in my township.

For sound reduction, adding mass is the most effective approach. If you can afford a solid concrete pour, go that route.
