| Hi! Has anyone ever painted their concrete pool area and if so how did it turn out? Ours looks awful and I would like to stain or paint it but have heard a few stories from people that they stained their's and had bad results. I am so tired of our ugly, dull pool surround. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

| If it's already dull and ugly, what have you got to lose? You may also want to contact a company that does an acrylic overlay, like Kool-Deck or something similar. If your concrete's in decent shape, it's not a bad way to go. |

| Thanks marcinde for responding! I agree with you I should do something because it is ugly. I am more of a do it myself type person so I think I will try some type stain. We spend so much time out there during the summer I want it to be right so Im a little nervous about it. |
