Hello,

We have a large second storey deck, with a walk-out basement and patio below. We would like to find a way to make the exposed underside of our deck more attractive. I have researched under decking and other similar systems, but I live in a small town and there are not any contractors with experience with these products.

I read somewhere online about someone who used architectural lattice to improve the look of their deck ceiling. Has anyone else done this? I can't seem to find any pictures online, and would love to see how this looks. I do understand that that my patio area underneath my deck will not be dry.
