New to the Forum and want to say HI first..

I just purchased a Short Sale in November and started to pre-tackle some outside decision making prior to the spring. I have a current cement patio that is in poor shape and will be ripped out. The existing home owner had a rotten deck over it that extended to the pool. I was throwing around the idea of putting in pavers where the patio was and wrapping it around and extending it to the cement that surrounds the pool. I also was thinking of using this company to stain the existing cement which surrounds the pool an Amber color. In addition I thought the little cement path you see could be ripped out and replaced with a paver path?

*I will be repairing the siding and repainting the home, painting the pergola a glossy white to match the new house trim. House will be a dark beige and white trim. Windows will be replaced with grid style.

Please pour on the ideas!
