Pavers vs Stamped Concrete Drainage

I am trying to decide between stamped concrete vs pavers for a patio along the side of my house. I understand the pros and cons but am concerned about water DRAINAGE especially since we are installing glue down hardwood floors (on concrete slab) in the region abutting the patio.

My concern with pavers, even if they are sloped away from the house, there is still water seepage between each paver. I assume this allows ground beneath the patio to get wet which means water can also gets under the home foundation and cause moisture issues with the house foundation and the hardwood floors. With stamped concrete all water drains off the patio, no water penetrates the ground beneath the patio, and the home foundation stays dry.

Are my concerns valid or will pavers provide adequate drainage to protect home foundation if the patio is installed next to the house?
