Installing Winter Cover Deck Anchors?

With our pool build we are getting an automatic pool cover. But we are also going to have a winter cover as well. Is this something we can purchase on our own? If so, who installs the deck anchors? Or is it better just to let the PB handle all of this?

There are several good cover manufacturers. Should let the PB install. A detailed plan is needed and the anchors will be every couple feet so it is a lot of work to get them right and most installers have a method to do this correctly.
