Structure around spa

We absolutely love our hot tub. But I'm wanting to make / purchase some type of structure to put around the sides. I'm wanting to at least slow the wind down & privacy with this. I've seen a huge mammoth electronic thing that just doesn't appeal. We like having nothing over our heads - watching the stars, etc. Any idea's? Where do I even look? Thanks.
