We have narrowed the builders down to basically two after several meetings with various builders. Hopefully it won't be long before we sign on the dotted line.

amy_texas, That's great! Congratulations and good luck with your pool! We enjoyed working on our design every evening until we had it just right (for us) - and now to see that design come to life is amazing. Please tell us when you get going, and love to see pics and drawings whenever you can!

Good luck!

We have started. Here are the basics:
36'6" x 24' saltwater pool
4 ton of rock for waterfall & weeping wall
Sunshelf with bubblers
Raised 12" 7 ft spa
Flagstone coping
Pebbletec - most likely Tahoe Blue
Pea gravel with flagstone inlays

We will also be doing a gas firepit, outdoor kitchen and pergola.

Kelly at Atlantis Pools is our builder.
