I'm having a problem with our Raypak RP2100 (405B) Heater. The display panel will not move from the off position. The LCD display shows water temp. and the word OFF. I cannot set the heater to pool or spa. When I press the MODE button nothing happens, it won't show anything other then the temp and OFF. I thought the board was bad so I installed a new one and it still won't move out of the OFF mode. Now that I installed the new board I see the mode and up and down buttons are not included with the board so now I'm thinking the problem is with touch pad. I checked the parts list and found Raypak sells an item called Switch/decal Membrane - 009492F. I'm thinking this may be the problem, has anyone replaced this Membrane and if so, did you experience the same problem before changing it and did it fix it?
