Why did my spa controls stop working?

I have Hayward H400 spa & pool pump I switched the pool pump to an ultra energy efficient Pentair Intelliflo. After the switch my spa controls kept reading LO when the pool pump was running. The replacement was done by a pool store repair guy, I had him come back & check on it, he opened the controls on the spa, then disconnected the control board & reconnected it. He said it was loose. My spa was running perfectly before I changed out the pool pump. Now my spa controls are reading communication error between ignition board & display board, what is going on? The spa heater is not turning on, only the jets are working.

H400 is a gas heater. What kind of controls do you have? Brand, model, possibly age.

The H400 is a Hayward brand we put in Sept. 2006 I thought the H400 was the model, it says H Series on it. We had the time going through a T21004R power panel but the intelliflo now controls the start & stop times.

The Pentair Intelliflo reads 3 HP, 1.32 SF, 3.96 SFHP , Self-priming 10' Model 011018, off to one side is this number 355007, not sure where else to look.
