Hi,
I am new to this forum but have been lurking for awhile. I probably have been working way to hard on trying to build our "perfect" pool. So I am looking for any inspiration, criticism, and help you are willing to offer.
So here goes;
The lot is about 1 acre. House is about 3,000 Sq Ft ranch. We are about 4 miles to the ocean on the Atlantic side. Very sandy soil. Our retirement home closer to our 2 30-some kids.
Size =~13,500 gals
17' x 28'
3 1/2'-5 1/2'- 3 1/2' deep
sun shelf with 2 bubblers
raised waterfall with 18" box
no spa
about 1850 sq ft of decking (Atlantic shellstone)
49' x 37" Mansard Screen enclosure (Bronze)
8' block stucco wall on west end of pool for sound abatement
Variable speed Hayward pump
2- 1750 Hayward cartridge filters
Salt
Skimmer
2 wall- 2 floor returns
Hayward robotic cleaner
1 digital Hayward color light
2 uplight spa LED below waterfall
Hayward heat pump
2 color laminars
Lightstream waterline glass tile
Lightstream glass tile waterfall spillway
Pebblesheen French Grey plaster finish

So this is the general specification. Looking at signing in about a week and Nov 1st start.
Thanks
