| i just replaced my T Cell 15 with a new one and i also replaced the flow switch
the NO FLOW light stays on solid red theres plenty of water flow what is the problem? thanks |

| Hey sorry it has taken a while but I was distracted by Hurricane Sandy. Anyway the problem more than likely is that the flow switch is not pointed in the correct direction. You have to make sure the arrows molded into the top of of the flow switch are pointed in the direction of the flow of water through the pipes(see image attached). It is a common mistake to overlook this important indicator. If you adjust this it should solve your no flow problem and everything should work as intended. Best of Luck, The Guru of Pools at DPW |
