| It's all so confusing. Someone keeps telling me to trust the PB and take the leap but I feel like I need to know what I am spending ALL of this money on and if it is right. From the rebar to the size of the bench in the deep end! To how deep the deep end should be. For example, one lady told me to make sure I have them put in the contract that I want expansion joints in the decking. So any tips/things to insist on/recommended items you think I should know, please list them so I can be prepared tonight (Monday). :) Thank you!! |
