Onyx Quartzscape plaster on new pool. . . Help

Our new pool was just plastered on Friday (2 days ago). Our goal is to acheive a dark blue looking pool. We picked Onyx quartzscape, but had them but 25% less Obsidian to make it a little lighter. The pool is full of water now. Right now the plaster in the shallow end looks way too dark, more than the sample tile for the standard onyx. There is a lot of plaster dust that I've started to brush now. It's hard to tell the color right now, because of all the plaster dust in there. Does the plaster get lighter with start up? I did not want a lagoon dark look. Am I prematurely worrying, Please help.
