 o
PB Recommendations for Southeast Michigan?

Hi Everyone! This site was a big help to us 8 years ago when we were making decisions on a new (fiberglass) pool. We're currently building a new home that will be completed around the first of the year, and we'd like to line up a PB soon to get in line early in the season next year.

This time we're interested in gunite. It seems like the number of custom PBs in the area has dropped off in recent years (probably due to the economy). Can anyone recommend a builder in the area? I'm not necessarily interested in lowest price -- I'm much more interested in quality, reliable work. Also, while I'm at it, is anyone willing to share the name(s) of builders to *avoid*?

If you'd prefer to send a direct email, please send to: semichpoolbuild (at) gmail (dot) com. Thanks in advance!

Anyone?

banana_fanna, if I recall correctly you're in Michigan -- were you happy with your builder?

Just bumping in case anyone missed this the first or second time around (although I fully understand why most Michiganders aren't thinking about pools in October). Thanks!
