I received a quote and would like some input from experienced people. Location is central Texas near Austin.

Perimeter 82 ft.
382 sq/ft
Depth: 3ft to 4.5 ft to 6ft
No spa
13,000 gallons
Shell- 1/2" rebar 10" centers
Beam- 1/2" rebar X 4
Dry mix gunite 4,000 psi
Plumbing- up to 2 1/2" sch 40 pvc, four inlets looped for even pressure
Two Pentair independentaly plumbed skimmers
Four VGB compliant 10" Pebble Top drains
Auto fill (no description)
One indivually plumbed cleaner line
Frost proof 6" water line tile
Flagstone coping
2 water features (on raised beam that are about 20" above water line that allow water to fall into the pool)
455 sq/ft of brushed or salted concrete decking- 3/8" rebar 16" on center with crushed base, expansion joints also included
40 sq/ft of decking at water feature
50 sq/ft tanning shelf
Wet Edge Satin Matrix finish
6 linear/ft of benches
