Router shouldn't matter, at least I don't think it should. Did you hook up the wireless iAqualink to your computer first to download the wifi setup tool and make sure the inside of the wireless device is set to wifi? Also, set up an account online? I just connected mine a few days ago with no issues and it works great. There's a little switch on the inside of the device that has to be set to wifi. I thought he default setting was wifi but not for sure. You also have to sign in to your account each time to use it but it saves your settings so only takes a few seconds.

Did I just say that out loud.

I had all Pentair equipment in previous pool and was not overly impressed with any of it. Every time it stormed my handheld computer would lose its sync and I'd have to go re sync it. I like the Pentair stuff and I'm sure its just as good as the Jandy but I went all Jandy this time to try something different. My Jandy iAqualink works great so far and I've had no issues.

I had the older version Iaqualink. Just installed a 2.0. I also have Apple Extreme Router. All lights are on but I am not able to connect. Suggestions?

Call Jandy tech support at 800-822-7933. They will walk you through the set up. Be sure to have Philips screw driver to remove the cover on the receiver as you may have to toggle the switch inside to WIFI to reset.

There's a card with the set up code. Have your password and email ready and your router information written down.

Be sure your router is powered and you have a signal where the receiver is located. You can verify that with your smart phone standing next to the receiver.

The new versions are usually a 5 minute set up provided you have all information handy.
