We have an Arctic Spa outside in Saskatchewan and use it 3-4 time per week all year around. This is our second Artic Spa (we moved three years ago) and the purchaser of our former home wanted the hot tub, so we got another. We have been relatively problem free for eight years. We chose the Arctic because it made sense to place the insulation around the walls of the cabinet, rather than around the hull, as the waste heat from the motors warms up the airspace and ultimately the water.
