We just re-opened our pool after leaving it covered for 5 years. After power washing we see the need for either an acid wash to remove staining or re-plastering. Our pool company suggests we consider Pebbletec and left us some samples of 3 grades to consider: PebbleSheen, PebbleFina and Troplcal Breeze. Can anyone advise on the benefits of Pebblestec re-plastering vs conventional plastering and with just acid washing? The pool was built in 1997 so the original plaster is approaching its average service life. The pool is 500 sq ft with an attached spa.
