Maintaining PH level

Karen Eagle

This season I am having trouble maintaining PH level above 7.2. In addition, the FC has been within normal range for 33000 gal, vinyl liner pool - so I thought, but I was getting green algae on stairs at deep end. After reading some threads here and on trouble free pools, if I understood correctly, my CYA was 80 and therefore, my FC was too low. I turned off my chlorinator with the pucks and raised my FC. Today when I checked the water it is as follows:
FC 7
CC 0
TA 130
PH 7.2
CYA 70
The water has been clear all season. It actually looks good.

Can I swim in it?
Do I aerate the water to bring the PH up? Will this lower the TA?
Any other suggestions?
