| I'm surprised to hear this since all I've read on the web is glowing testimonials. You are the first person to say anything negative. Can you be more specific? What kind of problems? How often? How did they handle problems? I appreciate your input, I hope you don't mind me quizing you about this. Its a huge commitment and would be disasterous if things went wrong with no solution.
