When the pool company installed the pool they did not place the screws to remove the railings out of the cement. My husband decided he was going to chip the cement from the screws and as a result over the winter these cracks (mild term) formed. I tried patching but to no avail. Is there a way to patch or must a mason remove and replace? Suggestions. (No the original pool company won't come and repair. They didn't come to fix the diving board that they put in writing to the attorney general that they would do.) I do have a pool company where I purchase my chems etc. from if a pool comp. is needed.
