My parents pool has this fine brown/black dust material that settles out every night. My mom continues to vacuum to waste, but the next morning, there it is again. She did some searching online and algae skeletons came up. Anybody have anything useful to suggest on how to fix this issue? Water is otherwise clear and chemicals are balanced appropriately.
