It doesn't look good. Looks like something happened with the company not able to pay their bills in the middle of 2013, and going downhill from there. GOBS of negative reviews all over the net dealing with problems like yours, sad to say.

The BBB website also gives them a grade of "F" for not responding to 24 complaints filed against them. Looks like they've also been misrepresenting themselves on their own website by saying they're members of the NESPA (Northeast Spa & Pool Association) and APSP (Association of Pool & Spa Professionals), when they're not.

We had our fiberglass pool installed by Seasonal World in Central Jersey about 4 years ago. You might want to try and give them a call to see if they can come out and get your pool where it needs to be. I've attached their link.
