Sprinkler relocation for pool build

My PB will be starting soon. I wondered what everyone did with their sprinkler systems before and after the pool build. I have some zones that are right where the pool will be and control boxes where the patio will be. Any suggestions or learnings are greatly appreciated.

We had a sprinkler crew cap it off where it entered the back yard and take out and save as much valuable stuff from the backyard sprinklers.

They just came back today after the pool was finished and routed the new lines around the pool. They hand dug the trenches carefully! So they did not cut into the new pool plumbing.

Extra cost but it had to be done. We were without sprinklers for 3 months which is quite a factor in TX in the summer.

Thanks for the feedback.
Spent some of the holiday figuring out which valves water which zones. Good suggestion on getting the line capped for the back yard. My front yard would be toast in this heat without water during the pool build.
