We are installing a fiberglass pool this is the orginal quote for pool.

$1,000 deposit
60%(2nd draw) when pool arrives at site
30%(3rd draw) when pump goes in
10% (final) is due at end less the $1,000 deposit.
There was much back on forth about putting pool in before home was built. Anyway we are now having the pool put in after. He came and dumped 3 loads of sand before construction begins on home. We haven't signed anything yet.
Today I get a new contact with this

$1,000 deposit,
30%(2nd draw) when work begins on job site
60% (3rd draw) when pool arrives on job site
10% (final) less $1,000, is due within 24hrs after concrete is finished and pool has been cleaned

The pool will be installed in the exact way he would do any other pool. Just looking for input before I speak with him.
