South Bay Gunite is an AWESOME company just like MMG
But I'm afraid you'll find that they're equally backed up in scheduling and if he's not a regular purchaser of gunite service from them I doubt it will be quicker.
It's worth a try as MMG is very booked out right now and they do really great work over there.
