Winter Covers

For the first time we will need to purchase a new winter cover. (Our pool came with our house that we bought it about 7 years ago.) It is a Loop-loc cover. Many of the anchors will no longer go up and down and will need to be replaced also. It is a 18 x 36 oval with a place for steps. Our pool company gave us an estimate of $3700 installed with replacing the anchors. Does this seem reasonable? My husband and I were expecting more in the $2000 - $2500 range since the prices we found on the Internet for the cover ran around $1500 so we figured maybe a $1000 for the labor. We are in Maryland. Thanks for your help.
