Houston Area Glass Tile Installation Pricing and Installers

Does anyone in the Houston have any recommendations on installers for glass tile around my pool and spa? What is the estimated installation cost per square foot of glass tile?

I am looking for an installer that follows that ANSI standard on installing glass tile. From what I can tell this requires a waterproof membrane, a floated mortar bed that cures for at least 7 days, the use of a white thinset, and then grout curing for 21 days before submerging.

I still haven't been able to find a full ANSI publication (A108.14, A108.15 & A108.16) online but would also love it if someone has a link.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
