I'd have the pool builder list each and every piece of equipment. You have a SPA so your equipment will be different than mine. You will probably need a second pump and a air blower just for the SPA along with a automation panel to handle all the tasks. On my pool I have a 3hp VS pump, and CNC 420 cartridge filter. And our pools are about the same size. Looking at your design I would have more than two returns. I'd have atleast 4 returns and I'd also put three bubblers(returns) on your tanning ledge as well.

Whats a LED pool cleaner? What's the three ECO jets for? I'd install a pressure side cleaner with booster pump fo the cleaning.

Hi Todd and thanks for the feedback. Will ask PB to spec each piece of equipment. ECO jets are his own house brand in floor water returns used to return heated water and provide some floor cleaning.

Pool is getting ready for shooting this coming Wednesday!
