Raypak 406A Pool Heater Electrical Problem

I hooked up my AC power incorrectly to my new heater. (Color blind with the sun washed out all color). Anyway, ended up hooking my second hot wire to the neutral instead of the the other hot. So supply black to black, supply red to green and supply green to red. (240v)

I know I fried the PC Control board. I fixed the wiring and replaced the 5 amp fuse. The system starts ups, displays the software revision, gets the pool temp but fuse blows and board smokes.

So my question to you all, what besides the PC Control board did I ruin? What can I check before I replace the board? I don't want to smoke the new board if there is something else I may have fried.

Beat me up for being stupid, and I deserve it, but I would appreciate any help. Thanks,
