Big Wrinkles in Bottom Vinyl Liner Pool

The PB put liner in Friday night, we started filling the pool. 2 big rain storms over the weekend, now there are 5 BIG wrinkles in the bottom of the pool. Emailed PB on Sunday morning, he said they will fix it. How do they FIX this? The pool is full of water. Concrete deck is not in yet. PB has not been out to see it, sent young labor guy who took one look, made a call and left.

I now have a big ridge in the shallow where all the wrinkles are. Looks like the pool krete has shifted or something. PB has not come back yet and his Boss is out of town and unavailable. I am having nightmares about this.

When, during the fill, was the liner vacuum turned off?

After they did the cut in for the stairs, skimmers and stuff.

Are the wrinkles in the deep or shallow end?

They are in the shallow end.

They will lower the water to only have a couple inches in the shallow end. The wrinkles will be pushed out to the sides.

The pool krete is cracked and buckled under the liner now. Some of the cracks are 3 inches high. Was told they will empty the pool, take out the liner and redo the bottom. That is if they ever come back from vacation.
