Cement haze on coping and pavers

The crew that installed my pavers did a great job... all up until they swept in the polymeric sand... and before they could blow the dust off everything the tamper broke... so they had to finish another day... then it rained in between... now I have cement haze on the pavers and the brownstone coping... has anyone had this happen? Does power washing get it off or does some kind of cleaner need to be used?

RE: Cement haze on coping and pavers

It's the sand haze. If they could not broom off the sand enough before it got damp then then sand haze is stuck to the cement. A good power washing will take it off.
